The HR Operations Executive is responsible for ensuring seamless execution of end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle processes for Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd. The role supports a fast-paced retail environment by delivering accurate, compliant, and employee-centric HR services, thereby enabling business continuity and workforce engagement.
Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Supporting Actions:
1. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management
• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit
• Execute joining, confirmation, transfer, and separation processes
• Ensure timely issuance of HR letters and documentation
• Maintain lifecycle trackers and status dashboards
• Ensure adherence to HR policies and SOPs
2. Onboarding & Documentation Excellence
• Coordinate structured onboarding aligned to brand values
• Ensure completion and accuracy of employee documentation
• Partner with Admin/IT for Day 1 readiness
• Conduct HR induction sessions for new joiners
• Ensure audit readiness and documentation compliance
3. HR Data Management & Compliance
• Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems and trackers
• Ensure data integrity across HRIS and payroll inputs
• Support statutory compliance documentation and audits
• Prepare and share periodic HR MIS reports
• Maintain confidentiality and data privacy standards
4. Payroll & Vendor Coordination (Quess)
• Act as SPOC between company and Quess for payroll operations
• Validate monthly payroll inputs (attendance, leave, changes)
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee queries
• Ensure timely payroll processing and statutory submissions
• Support payroll reconciliations and compliance checks
5. Employee Engagement & Experience
• Support planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives
• Coordinate festive celebrations, townhalls, and HR-led activities
• Drive participation in engagement and well-being programs
• Act as a first point of contact for employee concerns and feedback
• Support employee communication to strengthen culture and belonging
6. Stakeholder Management & HR Support
• Partner with business teams for smooth HR process execution
• Respond to employee and manager HR queries proactively
• Support implementation of HR policies at ground level
• Coordinate with HR COEs for ongoing initiatives
• Represent HR as a people-first function within the business
7. Process Improvement & HR Excellence
• Identify gaps and inefficiencies in HR operational processes
• Suggest improvements for standardisation and scalability
• Support HR audits and compliance reviews
• Align processes with brand standards and local practices
• Contribute to continuous improvement and HR best practices
