Role Summary
To manage end-to-end employee exit process, ensuring compliance with company policies, seamless
transitions, and a positive employee experience during separation
Roles & Responsibilities
Exit Process Management
- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all employee exit processes
- Track and monitor exit timelines; proactively identify and escalate delays
- Ensure closure of all exit activities within defined SLAs
Stakeholder Coordination
- Collaborate with HRBPs, Managers, Payroll, IT, Admin, and other stakeholders
- Drive accountability across teams for pending actions
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory requirements
- Track pending clearances (IT assets, ID cards, system access, etc.)
- Maintain documentation for audits and governance reviews
Exit Interactions / Sessions
- Conduct exit sessions for resigned employees
- Capture feedback to identify trends and improvements
Final Settlement & Documentation
- Track Full & Final (F&F) settlement closure
- Ensure timely issuance of exit letters
Reporting
- Maintain exit trackers with 100% accuracy
Query Management
- Resolve queries from current and ex-employees
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution
HR Systems & Digital Collaboration
- Partner with HR Digital team for system issues and enhancements
- Drive resolution of tech issues impacting BAU
- Identify system gaps and recommend improvements
- Support testing and implementation of system changes
- Must be able to handle a high level of complexity in work and should be flexible enough to shift workload
in accordance with changing priorities.

Qualification
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in HR Operations or lifecycle management
- Experience in exit management preferred
