Job Summary
The HR Operations role is responsible for ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day HR activities, maintaining accurate employee records, supporting HR processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations. The position acts as a bridge between employees and management to deliver efficient, timely, and high-quality HR services.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, orientation, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
- Maintain and update HRIS/employee records, personnel files, attendance and leave data.
- Support payroll processing by ensuring timely submission of attendance, overtime, and other compensation-related inputs.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, attendance, and payroll.
- Coordinate recruitment operations such as scheduling interviews, issuing offer letters, and handling pre-joining documentation.
- Administer employee benefits, insurance, ID cards, and contract renewals.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity, labour laws) and prepare relevant reports.
- Assist in performance management activities, appraisal documentation, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, MIS, and maintain accurate records for audits.
- Support HR projects and process improvement initiatives as required.
Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; (MBA Preffered).
- 24 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, labour laws, statutory compliance, and documentation.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS/HRMS, MS Office (Excel, Word), and payroll coordination.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle employee interactions professionally.
