Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations across various functions within the organization. The role involves handling HR processes, compliance, employee records, and HR-related communications while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Letters Management: Prepare and issue appointment, relieving, increment, and termination letters as per company policies.
  • Salary Processing: Collaborate with finance and payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee salaries and resolve related queries.
  • Data Documentation: Maintain accurate employee records including contracts, attendance, and performance evaluations.
  • HR Emails: Respond to HR-related emails, address inquiries, and assign tasks to relevant stakeholders.
  • Compliance: Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure statutory compliance.
  • POSH Management: Facilitate POSH training, handle complaints confidentially, and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Attendance Management: Track and manage leaves, absences, and overtime using the attendance management system.
  • Employee Benefits & Assets: Coordinate distribution of benefits, assets, ID cards, and organize team lunches.
  • Background Verification: Manage verification for ex-employees during offboarding.
  • PF & Insurance SPOC: Act as the primary contact for PF, insurance, and other employee benefits queries.
  • Celebrations & Engagements: Organize birthdays and work anniversaries to maintain a positive culture.
  • Vendor Coordination: Liaise with external vendors for HR services, manage contracts, and ensure timely payments.
  • Probationary Reviews: Schedule and facilitate probation review calls to assess employee performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR operations or similar role
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines
  • High level of confidentiality and attention to detail
  • Certification in HR management (preferred)
