Position: HR Operations

Department: Human Resources

Location: Jaipur

Experience: 3-7 Years

Reporting To: HR Head

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Payroll Management – Manage monthly payroll processing, attendance inputs, salary calculations, deductions, reimbursements, and final payroll validation.
2. Attendance & HRIS Management – Maintain employee attendance, leave, joining, exit, and other employee records in the HRMS/HRIS and ensure data accuracy.
3. Statutory Compliance – Ensure timely compliance with PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, and other applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
4. Payroll Compliance & Audits – Coordinate with Finance and external consultants for payroll reconciliations, statutory returns, payments, and audit requirements.
5. Employee Lifecycle Operations – Manage HR operations related to onboarding, documentation, confirmation, transfers, promotions, full & final settlement, and employee exits.
6. Employee Support & Query Resolution – Handle employee queries related to salary, payroll, deductions, attendance, leave, PF/ESIC, and other HR operational matters.
7. Policy & Process Compliance – Ensure HR processes are implemented as per company policies and maintain proper documentation and employee records.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance
• Working knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS and labour laws
• Good understanding of HRMS/HRIS and Excel
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Good coordination and communication skills
• High level of accuracy and confidentiality
• Ability to manage payroll timelines and compliance deadlines

Preferred Qualification

MBA in HR
