Job Title: HR Operations Executive
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end employee onboarding and exit formalities.
- Maintain and update accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Handle attendance management, leave tracking, and related documentation.
- Assist in monthly payroll preparation and coordination.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.
- Support employee engagement activities and internal communication.
- Coordinate with various departments for smooth HR operations.
- Address employee queries promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR management tools.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of HR processes and documentation.
Salary Range: 15,000 25,000 per month.
