Roles and Responsibilities
- End-to-End Employee Lifecycle
- Own and drive a couple of employee lifecycle ensuring seamless and high-quality employee experience
- Proactively identify gaps in lifecycle processes and implement improvements
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency across all lifecycle touchpoints
- HR Operations Strategy & Process Excellence
- Take ownership of HR operations delivery, ensuring processes are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business needs
- Continuously evaluate existing processes and drive automation, standardization, and optimization initiatives
- Define, track, and improve SLAs/KPIs for HR operations
- HRMS & Data-Driven Decision Making
- Hands-on experience working with one or more HRMS tools, with exposure to backend operations and data management
- Own HR data integrity and governance across systems
- Develop insightful dashboards and analytics to track key HR metrics (attrition, headcount, BGV etc.) and support business and HR decision-making
- Lead audit readiness and closure of audit observations
- Leverage data to identify trends, risks, generate insights, and support informed decision-making
- Stakeholder Partnerships, Employee Experience & Query Resolution
- Collaborate closely with HRBPs, Finance, and business leaders to align HR operations with business priorities
- Act as a trusted HR operations partner for employees, ensuring timely and effective query resolution
- Identify recurring themes in employee concerns and implement systemic solutions
- Drive communication and awareness of HR processes and policies
- Act as a problem-solver and advisor on HR operational matters
- Drive accountability across stakeholders for process adherence
You should have
- Full time MBA degree in Human Resources or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR only)
- 68 years of experience in HR Operations, with demonstrated ownership of processes
- Hands-on experience with reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, HRIS dashboards)
- Strong understanding of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance frameworks
- Hands-on experience with HRMS systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, Darwinbox, Zoho etc.)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
