Job Description

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Operations professional with 35 years of experience to manage key HR processes and ensure smooth execution of employee lifecycle activities. The role requires strong operational rigor, accuracy, and the ability to proactively identify process improvements while delivering a seamless employee experience.

Roles And Responsibilities

End-to-End Employee Lifecycle

  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, BGV, confirmations, rewards and exit formalities
  • Ensure accurate documentation and timely updates in HR systems and trackers
  • Support smooth onboarding and offboarding experiences

HR Operations & Process Execution

  • Execute day-to-day HR operations in line with defined processes and SLAs
  • Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for efficiency and consistency
  • Maintain and update SOPs for HR processes

Data Management, Reporting & Dashboards

  • Maintain employee data in HRMS systems and trackers with high accuracy
  • Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and timely updates
  • Support HR audits by maintaining proper records and documentation
  • Prepare monthly HR reports (headcount, attrition, joiners/exits, etc.)
  • Maintain dashboards with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
  • Support stakeholders with data and basic insights for decision-making

Payroll & Compliance Support

  • Provide accurate inputs for payroll processing and validate data
  • Support statutory compliance activities (PF, ESIC, etc.) and documentation
  • Assist in internal and external audits

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Work closely with HRBPs, Finance, and other internal teams
  • Support business teams with HR operational requirements

You Should Have

  • Full time MBA degree in Human Resources or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR only)
  • 35 years of experience in HR Operations, with demonstrated ownership of processes in IT industry
  • Hands-on experience with one or more HRMS tools (backend operations and data management)
  • Good understanding of HR processes and basic labor law compliance
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
