Alienkind is looking for an HR Operations Associate to support staffing, retention, and people processes for a fast-growing QSR business in Bangalore.
This role is ideal for someone early in their HR career who wants hands-on exposure to real-world people operations, hiring, and workforce management in a multi-store, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end staffing and hiring for QSR operations
Assist in planning for attrition and keeping hiring pipelines active
Work closely with Store Managers and Operations teams on manpower needs
Coordinate with staffing agencies and external hiring partners
Use multiple hiring channels including portals, referrals, walk-ins, and local sourcing
Support onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities
Assist with payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and HR records
Help implement HR policies suited for shift-based, multi-store operations
Support employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and retention
Act as a point of contact for basic people-related queries from store teams
Support performance tracking, discipline processes, and exits
Help build a consistent, positive, and accountable work culture across stores
Who This Role Is Ideal For
Freshers or early-career HR professionals (02 years experience)
Candidates interested in HR operations, staffing, and people coordination
Exposure to QSR, retail, hospitality, or service industries is a plus
Strong coordination, follow-up, and communication skills
