Job Description

Summary:

You will act as a high-velocity partner to ensure our global delivery model remains robust and compliant during periods of rapid growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the operational rollout of global benefit and wellbeing programs to newly acquired populations across multiple countries.
  • Manage the "onboarding-to-audit' lifecycle for vendors inherited through acquisitions, including initiating requests, navigating requirements, and ensuring all new contracts meet Company&rsquos rigorous delivery standards.
  • Maintain and audit data within Company&rsquos databases to ensure acquired employees are correctly mapped to global benefit plans, ensuring accurate eligibility and payroll deductions.
  • Serve as the primary operational link between the global center and global vendors to resolve complex, escalated claims or inquiries stemming from transition periods.
  • Create and maintain detailed process documentation and RACI models for newly integrated global programs to mitigate operational risk and ensure knowledge transfer.
  • Contribute to the development of benefit communications to increase worker engagement and understanding of programs.

Requirements:

  • Strong subject matter expertise in benefits delivery within a multinational environment, specifically managing multi-country programs (e.g., Expat benefits, global disability).
  • Proven ability to manage the technical and administrative complexities of corporate integrations, including data migration and vendor harmonization.
  • Experienced in Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) and managing vendors through rigorous onboarding and performance monitoring cycles.
  • Advanced Excel skills and technical aptitude for managing large datasets across systems.
  • Degree preferred, especially in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or Health Administration.

Required Skills:

  1. Global Benefits Delivery & Multi-Country Program Management: Must have strong subject matter expertise managing global and multi-country benefits such as medical, pension, wellbeing, disability programs, etc., including handling complex operational integrations during acquisitions.
  2. Vendor Management: Requires proven experience managing vendors inherited through acquisitions&mdashcovering onboarding, requests, compliance cycles, contract alignment, performance monitoring, amongst others.
  3. Data and Document Management & Systems/Technical Aptitude: Must be proficient in advanced Excel and capable of managing large datasets and documentation, ensuring everything is recorded and stored from a future record/audit standpoint.
