HR & Marketing Intern (6 months Paid Internship)

Role Description

This is a full-time, 6-month paid internship for an HR & Marketing Intern. The role is on-site, based in Kochi. The intern will assist in managing HR processes, such as policy creation, employee benefits, and personnel management, while also collaborating on marketing projects, including crafting communication strategies and campaigns. A key part of your role will be engaging in activities to support employee needs and marketing alignment with company goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources skills, such as HR Management, HR Policies, and Personnel Management
• Understanding of Employee Benefits and experience in implementing HR best practices
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, on-site environment
• Educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience or coursework in marketing or business management is an added advantage
