Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Mahesana. As an HR Manager, you will oversee and enhance HR processes, including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. You will be responsible for fostering a positive workplace environment, handling employee relations, developing HR policies, and driving talent management strategies. The role also entails coordinating training and development programs and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes
• Proficient in performance management, employee relations, and HR policies
• Familiarity with labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices
• Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills
• Demonstrated ability to develop and manage training and development programs
• Proficient in HR software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus
• Previous experience in an HR management role is highly desirable
