We are looking for an experienced and versatile Admin & HR Manager to oversee office administration, employee management, vendor coordination, and statutory compliance activities.
The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, sound knowledge of Indian labor laws, and hands-on experience in HR operations, administration, facilities management, and compliance coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilities Management
• Oversee office infrastructure, housekeeping, security, maintenance, and workplace management.
• Ensure smooth daily office operations and employee support services.
Personnel & HR Management
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance, and performance tracking.
• Handle employee lifecycle management including leave policies, insurance coordination, EPF, ESIC, and employee records.
• Support grievance handling and implementation of HR policies.
Policy & Compliance
• Draft, implement, and maintain internal HR and administration policies.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and industrial requirements.
• Coordinate audits, documentation, and compliance reporting activities.
Vendor Management
• Manage vendor relationships including AMC providers, housekeeping, security, and facility service vendors.
• Negotiate contracts and monitor vendor performance and service quality.
Government & External Liaison
• Coordinate with government bodies for license renewals, permits, and statutory documentation.
• Ensure timely updates and compliance submissions.
Preferred Skills:
• Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and industrial regulations
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and Zoho software
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Eligibility:
• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, Operations, or related field preferred
• Relevant experience in HR and Administration roles preferred
Salary:
₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per month (based on candidate assessment)
