Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for an experienced HR Manager. The HR Manager will oversee and execute various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and policy development. They will collaborate with management to ensure compliance with labor regulations, handle employee relations, and design initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture. The role also involves streamlining HR processes to support organizational growth.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
