We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes in our organization. The ideal candidate will manage recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training initiatives to ensure a productive and compliant workforce.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-8 years of experience in HR management or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
