Requirements
HR Operations & Compliance:
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate HR records, including employee files, compensation, and benefits information.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and best practices.
Employee Engagement & Culture:
- Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Develop employee recognition and rewards programs to motivate and retain talent.
- Manage and resolve employee complaints and grievances, promoting a fair and respectful workplace.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to employees.
Payroll & Benefits:
- Administer compensation and payroll programs, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Manage employee benefits programs and address employee inquiries.
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience for new hires.
Strategic HR Partnership:
- Collaborate with department managers to understand their HR needs and provide strategic guidance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 2-4 years of proven experience in HR management, with a strong focus on recruitment, employee engagement, payroll, and HR operations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to commute/relocate to Udupi, Karnataka.
