Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in New Delhi for an HR Manager. The HR Manager will oversee and manage all HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, conducting interviews, managing employee relations, addressing workplace issues, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The HR Manager will also lead training initiatives, enhance productivity, and contribute to creating a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning
• Proficiency in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and HR Policies
• Experience in Performance Management, Training and Development
• Familiarity with Labor Laws and Compliance standards
• Strong Organizational, Leadership, and Communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Prior experience in HR roles, preferably within recruitment agencies or workforce management space
