Job Description

Job Title: HR Manager (Senior Level)

Location: Delhi

Department: Human Resources

Experience:7-12 years of experience in HR operations, talent management, and policy implementation.


Job Summary:

The HR Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, policy design, compliance, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and performance management. This role requires strong expertise in managing HR functions across multiple centres and supporting organizational expansion across India.


Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Lead recruitment for all centres and corporate roles, ensuring timely fulfilment of manpower requirements.
  • Drive PAN-India hiring for expansion centres and new clinic launches.
  • Oversee onboarding, induction, and assimilation processes to ensure smooth employee integration.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle including attendance, leave, confirmation, and exit processes.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs, statutory documentation, letters, and HR records.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and organizational policies.

Policy Design & Performance Management

  • Develop and implement HR policies, handbook, and SOPs aligned with organizational growth.
  • Drive performance management cycles, appraisals, KPIs, and goal-setting processes.
  • Provide guidance and training to managers for effective performance evaluation.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Build a positive and inclusive work culture across all centres.
  • Implement engagement activities, recognition programs, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Act as the point of contact for grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.

HR Systems & Process Improvement

  • Create scalable HR processes and SOPs to support rapid organizational expansion.
  • Implement HR systems/HRMS tools for digitization and improved efficiency.
  • Monitor HR metrics such as attrition, attendance, employee satisfaction, and productivity.


Experience & Qualifications:

Experience

  • 7-12 years of experience in HR operations, talent management, and policy implementation.
  • Prior experience in multisite healthcare, retail, or service industries preferred.

Qualifications

  • MBA/PGDM in HR, MSW (HR), or equivalent degree.
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
