Job Description

Job Role : HR Manager

Experience Required : 2-6 years

Job type : Full-Time (On-Site)

Job Location : Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking ownership of end-to-end recruitment, payroll, employee records, and overall HR operations for our growing organization.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
  • Calculate and process employees payroll, ensuring accuracy and punctuality.
  • Monitor and manage staff holidays and leave requests to ensure accurate records of available time off.
  • Support the performance management process, assisting in tracking and documenting employee performance.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of employee records, including personal information and employment history.
  • Assist with internal and external communications on behalf of the Head of HR.

Qualifications Required:

  • 2-6 years of relevant experience in Human Resources (minimum 1 year in team lead or managerial role).
  • Must have handled all the administrative tasks of companies having 50-100 employees.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proactive approach to work, taking the initiative to improve processes and contribute ideas.
