Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Manager to join our HR team, responsible for managing payroll processes & Compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong understanding of payroll regulations, labor laws, and tax compliance and employee connect.
Responsibilities
- Digital Transformation of HR
- Must have experience to digitalize HR process in HRMS
- Played a key role in the successful implementation and rollout of HRMS systems.
- Employee life cycle:
- Continuous tracking and updating people process
- Handson experience on policy framing
- Strong experience to manager Compensation & Benefit
- Independently Manage HR Compliance, that ensure the organization complies with various laws, regulations, safety-standards, and policies that govern the duties and responsibilities
- Handson experience on managing employee Income TAX
- New Initiative to increase employee Satisfaction
- Reduce HR tickets by finding and fixing issues.
- Employee survey: Experience to run, analyze and plan new HR initiatives to increase Employee satisfaction
- Experience to handle internal stakeholder & manage team
- Tracking Performance Management up to Mid level Hierarchy
Role Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
- 7-10years of experience in HR role. Minimum 2 years as manager role
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Word, and payroll management systems
- Added advantage who is having advance excel knowledge
- Should demonstrate an aggressive drive toward meeting deadlines and completing tasks on time.
