HR Manager

QUALIFICATION:

Any Graduate

PREFERRED CANDIDATES:

• Minimum 5 years experience in recruitment process
• Strong experience in Recruitment, Payroll, PF, ESIC & HR Operations
• Good English & Hindi communication skills

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and administration.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
• Manage payroll processing, attendance, leave, and employee records.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including PF, ESI/ESIC, and other applicable labour laws.
• Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities.
• Handle employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations.
• Coordinate with management and department heads on manpower requirements.
• Maintain HR MIS, reports, and personnel records.
• Ensure timely implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Support overall HR administration and workforce management.
