HR & Administration Manager – Manufacturing & Corporate Office @ Chennai

Location: Guindy,Chennai

Experience: Minimum 8–15 Years as a HR Manager in any manufacturing co

Qualification: MBA/MSW/PGDM in HR or equivalent

Male candidates will be preferred.

Maximum gross 12 LPA

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR & Administration Manager to oversee HR operations and administrative functions for both manufacturing plant and corporate office. The role includes recruitment, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, employee relations, facility management, and overall administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and employee records
  • Handle payroll inputs and statutory compliances (PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Factory Act, etc.)
  • Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters
  • Coordinate performance appraisal and employee engagement activities
  • Oversee administration, housekeeping, security, transport, canteen, and facility management
  • Manage vendors, office maintenance, and admin budgets
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

Requirements

  • Minimum 8–15 years of HR & Admin experience in manufacturing industry
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and industrial relations
  • Experience handling plant and corporate office operations
  • Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Salary: Maximum gross up to 12 LPA
