Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead the HR and Administration function for a growing IT organization. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in end-to-end HR operations, employee engagement, compliance, and HR strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete employee lifecycle, from recruitment to exit.
• Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and employee benefits.
• Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and ensure statutory compliance.
• Drive learning & development, retention strategies, and employee relations.
• Maintain HR documentation, compliance records, audits, and HR dashboards.
• Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and organizational development.

Requirements

• 7–12 years of HR experience, preferably in the IT/ITES industry.
• Experience managing HR operations for organizations with 80+ employees.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll coordination, performance management, compliance, and HR analytics.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
