Role Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.
- Lead recruitment and manpower planning, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding — with a focus on building diverse, high-performing teams.
- Oversee attendance tracking, payroll processing, and ensure full compliance with statutory requirements (e.g., PF, ESIC, PT), while continuously improving HR processes for scalability and employee experience.
- Design and implement meaningful employee engagement initiatives; handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters fairly and promptly, fostering a culture of trust and psychological safety.
- Develop, update, and maintain HR policies and procedures to support a positive, inclusive, and compliant workplace — always aligned with our core values.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership on performance management systems, succession planning, and organizational development strategies to drive business growth and employee fulfillment.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of full-cycle HR experience, preferably in a similar operational HR role — ideally within a fast-paced, people-first organization.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws, employment regulations, and statutory compliance frameworks — with a proactive mindset to anticipate and mitigate risks.
- Proven track record in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy formulation — backed by tangible results and measurable impact.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities, with the capacity to influence at all levels — especially in shaping culture and driving change.
- Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office suite; familiarity with payroll systems is a plus.
