Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR leader with 5+ years of progressive experience in human resources, preferably within the IT industry. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in business process policy formulation, recruitment strategy, and HR operations, along with the ability to partner with leadership to drive organizational growth and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Leadership
- Act as a strategic HR business partner to senior leadership.
- Align HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Drive HR transformation, process excellence, and organizational development initiatives.
- Business Process & Policy Management
- Design, implement, and optimize HR policies, SOPs, and business processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry standards.
- Lead policy review and process automation initiatives.
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Lead end-to-end recruitment strategy with strong focus on IT hiring.
- Build talent pipelines and employer branding initiatives.
- Implement data-driven hiring metrics and workforce planning.
- Performance & Employee Engagement
- Drive performance management frameworks.
- Lead engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives.
- Support leadership in succession planning and talent development.
- HR Operations & Compliance
- Oversee payroll coordination, employee lifecycle management, and HRMS.
- Ensure statutory compliance and audit readiness.
- Manage HR analytics and reporting dashboards.
Required Qualifications
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
- 5+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably in IT/Technology sector.
- Proven experience in policy development and process improvement.
- Strong recruitment orientation with exposure to bulk and niche IT hiring.
- Sound knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
