Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site HR Manager role located in Hyderabad. The HR Manager will oversee and enhance human resource policies, manage employee relations, and facilitate employee engagement initiatives. This role involves recruitment and onboarding, performance management, fostering company culture, addressing workplace conflicts, and ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations. The HR Manager will also collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and play an integral role in supporting the growth of talent within the company.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Recruitment, Onboarding, and Talent Acquisition.
- Proficiency in Employee Relations, Performance Management, and Conflict Resolution.
- Knowledge of HR Policy Development, Labor Laws, and Compliance.
- Strong understanding of Employee Engagement and Company Culture Building strategies.
- Excellent Communication, Leadership, Organizational, and Problem-Solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage HR software and tools effectively.
- Experience in managing HR functions within the creative or technology industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
