Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for an HR Manager. The HR Manager will oversee the recruitment process, manage employee engagement initiatives, and ensure efficient and smooth HR operations. Responsibilities include employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, training and development programs, and compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and Employee Onboarding
- Experience in Performance Management, Employee Relations, and Conflict Resolution
- Proficiency in HR Operations, Compliance, and Policy Implementation
- Knowledge of Learning and Development, Training Programs, and Organizational Development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lead HR strategies and drive employee engagement
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus
- Experience in the creative or entertainment industry is an advantage
