Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources (HR) Manager located in Hyderabad. The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of the HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation. Key responsibilities include managing talent acquisition, facilitating employee development programs, implementing compliance policies, and ensuring efficient communication and collaboration within the workforce. The HR Manager will play a critical role in fostering a supportive and engaging work environment.
Qualifications
- Human Resources Management knowledge, including recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition
- Expertise in Employee Relations, Performance Management, and Conflict Resolution
- Proficiency in HR policies, labor law compliance, and regulatory standards
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage and influence teams
- Analytical thinking skills and experience in HR metrics and reporting
- Proficiency in using HR software and tools
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in the creative or VFX industry is a plus
