Role Description
GCI VFX is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager for a full-time, on-site role at our Hyderabad office. The HR Manager will oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, onboarding, training, and compliance with labor laws. This role will also involve developing and executing strategies to enhance employee engagement, managing payroll and benefits, and supporting managers and staff with HR-related issues. As a key member of the team, the HR Manager will work towards fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- HR Management Skills: Expertise in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
- Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with labor laws, regulations, and HR policy development
- Communication and Leadership: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and team management skills
- Training and Development: Experience in designing and executing employee training programs
- Administrative Proficiency: Competence in managing payroll, benefits, and HR information systems
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze HR metrics and propose actionable solutions
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus
