Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (60%)

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for Junior, Mid-level, and Leadership positions across PAN India.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely closures.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
  • Screen, interview, coordinate, negotiate offers, and manage onboarding activities.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and future hiring needs.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics, TAT, hiring quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.

HR Generalist (40%)

  • Support performance management and employee appraisal processes.
  • Assist in employee engagement, HR operations, and policy implementation.
  • Handle employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
  • Maintain HRMIS, employee records, and statutory compliance documentation.
  • Collaborate with business leaders on HR initiatives and workforce planning.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Generalist functions.
  • Proven experience in hiring across Junior to Leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Performance Management Systems (PMS), HR Operations, and Employee Lifecycle Management.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience using job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and HRMS/ATS platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple positions and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Hindi language proficiency is mandatory to support PAN India hiring.
  • Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.

Qualification

  • MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent Master's degree.
  • Relevant HR certifications are an added advantage.
