Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (60%)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Junior, Mid-level, and Leadership positions across PAN India.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely closures.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen, interview, coordinate, negotiate offers, and manage onboarding activities.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and future hiring needs.
- Monitor recruitment metrics, TAT, hiring quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.
HR Generalist (40%)
- Support performance management and employee appraisal processes.
- Assist in employee engagement, HR operations, and policy implementation.
- Handle employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
- Maintain HRMIS, employee records, and statutory compliance documentation.
- Collaborate with business leaders on HR initiatives and workforce planning.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Generalist functions.
- Proven experience in hiring across Junior to Leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of Performance Management Systems (PMS), HR Operations, and Employee Lifecycle Management.
- Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience using job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and HRMS/ATS platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Hindi language proficiency is mandatory to support PAN India hiring.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
Qualification
- MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent Master's degree.
- Relevant HR certifications are an added advantage.
