Hr Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR function and support our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, ensuring HR compliance, and driving a positive, high-performance culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the recruitment process from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding top

talent across departments.

Ensure compliance with all labor laws, HR policies, and statutory regulations.

Oversee employee lifecycle management including payroll coordination,

documentation, and performance reviews.

Design and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with

business goals.

Support leadership in organizational development, engagement, and retention

initiatives.

Maintain accurate HR records and ensure seamless internal communication.

Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

5 -7 + years of experience in HR management with strong exposure to recruitment and

HR compliances.

Excellent understanding of labor laws and statutory compliances.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
