Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Robust understanding of HR processes and statutory requirements.
  • Manage the entire Employee Life Cycle (ELC) from Induction to Exit.
  • Oversee employee welfare initiatives and grievance handling.
  • Maintain and ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.

Performance & Policy Management

  • Manage Performance Appraisal Cycles and ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain Self PMS, task lists, checklists, and workflow processes.
  • Support departments with KRA/KPI alignment and performance tracking.

HR MIS & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate and updated Employee MIS.
  • Maintaining File of new Joiners.
  • Prepare and share HR reports including:
  • Employee Exit Tracker
  • Attrition Report
  • Monthly Birthday & Anniversary Report
  • Daily/Monthly New Joiner Report
  • Manage MIS activities for new joiners:
  • IT coordination
  • Organizational announcement

Employee Engagement

  • Create and execute the Employee Engagement Calendar.
  • Plan activities and events to enhance culture and retention.
  • Maintain and circulate the annual Holiday List.

Exit & Separation Management

  • Process resignations, conduct exit interviews, and document insights.
  • Prepare Action Taken Summary for management.
  • Coordinate with Finance/IT for full & final settlements.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of HR operations and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience in HRMS and MIS reporting.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and problemsolving skills

Requirements

QUALIFICATION

  • Master's degree in HR / Business Administration.
  • 10+ years of experience in HR operations and HR management.
