About The Role
We're looking for a high-ownership HR Manager to lead and strengthen our people function. This role sits at the intersection of talent, culture, and business strategy - ideal for someone who can combine strong execution with data-driven decision-making in a fast-scaling environment.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Drive end-to-end hiring across functions with a focus on quality and speed.
Partner with business teams on hiring plans and build strong talent pipelines.
Employee Lifecycle & Experience
Own onboarding, engagement, performance management, and exit processes.
Act as a key point of contact for employee queries and drive a positive employee experience.
Performance & Development
Manage performance review cycles (OKRs/KPIs) and enable manager effectiveness.
Drive learning and development initiatives aligned with business goals.
HR Operations, Payroll, Insurance & Compiance
Manage HR operations including payroll inputs, attendance, and benefits administration.
Own employee insurance programs including enrollments, claims, and renewals.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and audit requirements.
Analytics & Reporting
Track key HR metrics and support data-driven decision-making.
What We're Looking For
3 - 6+ years of experience in HR or People Operations.
Strong exposure to hiring, HR operations, payroll, and employee engagement.
Hands-on experience with HRMS, ATS platforms, payroll systems, and insurance management.
Experience In Keka Is Preferred.
Good understanding of labor laws and compliance.
Strong ownership mindset with a bias for action and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
