Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment, ensure timely hiring closures, and manage key HR operational activities. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in talent acquisition, HRMS management, and HR operations, with the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Ensure timely hiring closures for open roles across departments.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job descriptions.
- Track and maintain recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, candidate pipeline, and hiring status.
- Conduct interviews, coordinate selection processes, and manage offer rollout and negotiation.
HR Operations
- Support and oversee day-to-day HR operational activities.
- Manage employee documentation, records, and compliance with company policies.
- Handle employee onboarding and induction processes.
- Assist in implementing and improving HR policies, procedures, and HR practices.
HRMS Management
- Maintain and manage HRMS systems for employee data, attendance, leave management, and HR records.
- Generate and analyze HR reports and dashboards.
- Ensure accurate and updated employee information within the HR system.
- Knowledge of GreytHR software is preferred.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 6+ years of HR experience, with strong focus on recruitment and hiring closures.
- Proven experience in end-to-end talent acquisition.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms.
- Good understanding of HR operations and HR processes.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
Preferred Qualification
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
- Experience working with GreytHR software will be an added advantage.
