This pivotal role is responsible for managing the end-to-end HR gamut, with a strong focus on talent acquisition, employee motivation, and maintaining a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in recruitment, payroll processing, HR administration, and database management, ensuring seamless HR operations and fostering a vibrant workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End HR Management: Oversee and manage the complete end-to-end HR gamut, ensuring all human resource functions align with organizational goals.
- Talent Acquisition: Lead ongoing recruitment efforts, especially for sales engineers across India, from sourcing to onboarding, to attract top talent.
- Employee Motivation & Engagement: Manage HR initiatives with a primary focus on motivation and talent promotion, actively working to keep good and positive energy in the workforce.
- Payroll Processing: Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, adhering to all relevant regulations and internal policies.
- HR Administration: Handle essential administrative functions including joining formalities, personal administration, and exit formalities, ensuring a smooth employee lifecycle.
- Database Management: Maintain and manage the HR database, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
