  • Manage employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Support performance management and training development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and monitor overall HR strategies and procedures.
  • Provide decision-making support regarding organisational changes and workforce planning.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Manager should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and best HR practices within the business services industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams effectively.
  • The ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
