The vision is to create a
tech-enabled, scalable food system that solves daily consumption with efficiency, personalization, and strong operations.
We are currently in the
01 execution stage, building both
on-ground operations and core team simultaneously.
Role Overview
We are looking for an
HR & Leadership Officer who will not just manage HR, but
build the entire people + leadership engine of Kefilo.

Key Responsibilities1. Founding Team Building & Talent Strategy
- Hire and build a high-performance, equity-driven team
- Design cohort-based hiring (1-month validation model)
- Define roles, ownership, and early leadership structure
- Ensure team alignment with fast execution + startup mindset
- HNI & Strategic Network Creation
- Build relationships with:
- HNIs, mentors, and strategic partners
- Create a strong ecosystem around Kefilo (food, operations, investors)
- Position the company as a serious, scalable venture
- Branding Through Team & Culture
- Work closely with marketing to:
- Showcase team strength and execution capability
- Build founder + team-led narratives
- Highlight:
- On-ground execution (stalls, kitchens, delivery systems)
- Product innovation
- Build a culture-first brand identity
- Fundraising & Investor Enablement
- Support in:
- Investor outreach & relationship management
- Pitch deck coordination (especially team & execution story)
- Help present:
- Strong team narrative
- Execution proof (traction, pilots, systems)
- Ensure investor readiness at all times
- Organizational Systems & Execution Proof
- Build **SOPs across:
- Stall operations
- Meal delivery systems
- Team workflows**
- Document:
- Product deployment case studies
- Daily operations learnings
- Create systems that take Kefilo from:
- Chaos Structured Scalable
Requirements- 15 years experience in HR / operations / startup / leadership roles
- Strong ability to identify talent and build teams from scratch
- Experience or interest in:
- Networking, branding, and investor interactions
- High ownership mindset with ability to work in ambiguity
- Strong communication and execution skills
Bonus (Good to Have)- Experience in:
- Early-stage startups (01)
- Food, hospitality, or operations-heavy businesses
- Exposure to:
- Fundraising / investor relations
- Personal branding / startup storytelling
