01 execution phase, actively testing models on-ground to identify what works and scale it.
Role Overview
We are looking for a
Healthcare Operations Officer based in Bhubaneswar who will
drive on-ground execution of healthcare and wellness pilots.
This role is about
implementing, managing, and optimizing real-world healthcare operations, not just planning.
Key Responsibilities1. On-Ground Pilot Execution- Execute healthcare and wellness pilots across:
- Gyms
- Corporates
- Home-care environments
- Coordinate with:
- Trainers, professionals, caregivers, partners
- Ensure end-to-end execution of programs
- Healthcare Operations Management
- Manage day-to-day operations of pilots and deployments
- Ensure smooth coordination between:
- Healthcare services
- Operations
- Customers/users
- Handle real-time problem-solving on ground
- SOPs & Process Building
- Create standard operating procedures (SOPs) for:
- Program delivery
- Customer interaction
- Service execution
- Convert learnings into repeatable systems for scale
- Data, Tracking & Outcome Measurement
- Track:
- User engagement
- Health outcomes
- Operational efficiency
- Help define success metrics for each pilot
- Report insights for product and strategy decisions
- Partner & Ecosystem Coordination
- Work with:
- Gyms
- Clinics
- Care providers
- Corporate partners
- Build and manage local execution ecosystem in Bhubaneswar
- Execution Feedback Loop
- Identify:
- What's working
- What's failing
- Continuously improve models through fast iteration cycles
- Bridge gap between:
- Healthcare theory
- Real-world execution
Requirements- Based in Bhubaneswar (mandatory)
- Background in:
- Healthcare / hospital management / public health / operations (preferred)
- 03 years experience OR strong execution mindset
- Ability to handle on-ground operations and coordination
- Strong problem-solving and adaptability
Bonus (Good to Have)- Experience with:
- Healthcare programs / wellness initiatives
- Field operations / partnerships
- Understanding of:
- Preventive healthcare / lifestyle management
- Strong local network in Bhubaneswar
