Position OverviewWe are looking for an experienced HR IT Recruiter who can identify, attract, and onboard world-class tech talent across global markets. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, understands the nuances of IT roles, and can manage end-to-end recruitment while maintaining a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, DevOps, Data Scientists, Product Managers).
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand position requirements and create compelling job postings.
- Source candidates through multiple channels LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, and referral programs.
- Conduct initial screening and technical qualification calls to assess cultural and technical fit.
- Maintain candidate pipelines using the ATS and ensure a consistent follow-up process.
- Coordinate interviews and feedback between candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rate.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in IT recruitment, compensation benchmarks, and talent markets.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 25 years of experience as an IT Recruiter (in-house or agency).
- Strong understanding of software development technologies and tech stacks (Java, Python, React, Node.js, etc.).
- Experience hiring globally or for remote/contract positions is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse, or Zoho Recruit).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
