We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist cum IT Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for IT positions while also handling various HR functions to support our organization's goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide recruitment support.
- Handle employee onboarding, orientation, and training processes.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct employee engagement activities and support HR initiatives.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Provide support in performance management and employee relations activities.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in HR generalist roles with a focus on IT recruitment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques, particularly in the IT sector.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in India.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
