Description

We are seeking enthusiastic HR Interns to join our team in India. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers/entry-level candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources and contribute to various HR functions.

Responsibilities

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing orientation materials and conducting initial training sessions.
Maintain employee records and update HR databases with new hire information and changes in employment status.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and HR events.
Help with the preparation of HR reports and analytics to support decision-making.

Skills and Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
