Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid HR Internship role located in Sholinganallur, with flexibility for partial remote work. As an HR Intern, you will gain hands-on experience by supporting a variety of human resources functions. Daily responsibilities include assisting with HR management, implementing HR policies, supporting personnel management, and ensuring compliance with employee benefit programs. You will also contribute to employee engagement initiatives, assist with recruitment processes, and collaborate with team members to optimize HR operations.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
- Understanding of HR Management and HR Policies
- Familiarity with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management concepts
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Proficiency with modern HR software tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
