Role Description
This is a full-time remote HR Internship role at Office Solution AI Labs. The intern will assist the HR team in designing and implementing HR policies, managing employee records, supporting recruitment processes, and coordinating employee benefits programs. Key responsibilities include updating HR documents, maintaining personnel databases, conducting onboarding processes, and facilitating effective communication between team members and supervisors.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with Human Resources (HR) concepts and practices
- Basic knowledge of HR Management and HR Policies
- Understanding of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience with HR software or relevant tools is a plus
