intern supports the human resources department with administrative tasks, recruitment activities, and employee-related projects. Responsibilities often include updating employee records, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and assisting with onboarding, payroll, and HR events. The role requires strong administrative and communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in software like Microsoft Office.
Key responsibilitiesRecruitment: Post job ads, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and assist with making offers. Administration: Update employee records in databases, file documents, and handle general administrative duties. Onboarding and offboarding: Support the onboarding process by collecting new hire information and helping with orientation sessions. Payroll and benefits: Collect and verify payroll data and assist with benefits administration. Employee relations and engagement: Help organize employee events and assist with employee inquiries. Compliance and reporting: Assist in drafting HR policies, reports, and communications, and help ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
