We are a fast-growing technology and software services organisation operating in product development and IT solutions for global clients. This remote internship sits within the HR function and offers hands-on exposure to full-cycle people operations in a fast-paced tech environment.
Primary title (standardized for job portals): Human Resources Intern
Role & Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment operations: publish job ads, screen resumes, coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage onboarding activities for new hires: prepare documentation, collect required paperwork, coordinate access provisioning and run virtual orientation sessions.
- Maintain and audit employee records in the HRIS: update personal data, ensure data integrity and support periodic reconciliations.
- Assist payroll and attendance processes: track timesheets, verify leave records and liaise with payroll teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Run employee engagement and learning initiatives: organise virtual events, support recognition programs and maintain engagement trackers.
- Prepare routine HR reports and dashboards using Excel/Sheets: recruitment metrics, onboarding status, headcount and basic attrition tracking.
