Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including creating job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
- Maintain and update HR systems, databases, and employee records with accuracy.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and enhancing workplace culture.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing HR documents and reports.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Interest in human resources and understanding of basic HR principles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Reliable internet connection and access to a computer.
