Role Objective
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, employee documentation, and day-to-day HR activities. The ideal candidate will gain practical experience across various HR functions while contributing to a fast-paced and collaborative work environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Support
- Screen and shortlist candidate applications based on job requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
HR Operations
- Support employee onboarding and documentation processes.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
- Assist in preparing HR letters, reports, and employee communications.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of HR-related documentation.
Employee Support
- Help address employee queries and direct them to appropriate stakeholders.
- Assist in employee engagement and culture-building initiatives.
- Support HR activities related to attendance, leave records, and employee data management.
Administrative Support
- Prepare HR reports, trackers, and presentations as required.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of HR processes.
- Assist in maintaining HR policies, SOPs, and process documentation.
Requirements Education
- Graduate or pursuing graduation in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Experience
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Previous internship experience in HR or Recruitment will be an added advantage.
