Job Description: HR Intern – Talent Acquisition (Sourcing & Campus Hiring)
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team across both sourcing and campus recruitment initiatives. This role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end hiring, including stakeholder coordination, campus drive execution, and candidate pipeline management.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing & Talent Pipeline
- Source potential candidates for technology and non-technology roles through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and internal databases
- Screen resumes based on defined job requirements and shortlist candidates
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and upcoming requirements
- Maintain candidate trackers and recruitment dashboards
Campus Recruitment
- Support planning and execution of campus hiring drives across colleges
- Coordinate with placement teams/TPOs for job postings, interview schedules, and logistics
- Assist in managing end-to-end campus hiring activities (pre-placement talks, assessments, interviews)
- Engage with candidates throughout the campus hiring process to ensure a smooth experience
- Support onboarding coordination for campus hires
Stakeholder & Candidate Management
- Coordinate interview scheduling and follow-ups with candidates and interview panels
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience across all touchpoints
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders for hiring updates and progress tracking
Eligibility Criteria
- Recent graduates, (MBA HR preferred)
- Strong interest in Talent Acquisition, especially sourcing and campus hiring
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment tools is a plus
