Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment processes, including job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-ups.
- Ensure the integrity, consistency, and confidentiality of personnel information across internal databases.
- Planning and executing employee engagement activities and initiatives
- Support HR documentation processes including preparation of letters, reports, and data summaries.
- Provide support in onboarding, exit formalities, and employee engagement activities.
- Maintain proper documentation related to leave, attendance, and other operational inputs
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Required Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
