Join us as a Recruiting Intern and gain practical HR experience while contributing to a growing platform that values innovation, collaboration, and growth.

Role: Recruiting Intern

Mode: Remote (Work from Home)

Duration: 2 Months (Unpaid) + Potential 6-Month Paid Extension (Performance-Based)

Internship Structure:

Phase 1: Foundational Experience (2 Months – Unpaid)

  • Post job listings across recruitment platforms
  • Maintain and update candidate databases
  • Support daily operations of the recruitment team

Phase 2: Growth & Leadership (6 Months – Paid, Based on Performance)

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle
  • Source, screen, and conduct initial candidate interviews
  • Assist in onboarding, engagement, and coordination activities
  • Lead interns and teams, gaining exposure to leadership practices

Who We're Looking For

  • Genuine interest in HR, recruitment, and people management
  • Previous HR/campus experience (preferred, not required)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace
